Refund since 03 June was not paid even today - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

I went to buy a soundbar last month and when I get home it didn’t work so I took it back and asked for another one, they said will get after 7 days I went back and it was not there and then I asked for refund on the 03 June till today I did not get my money and it was my 1st time buying at bradlows am so disappointed very
