Go to their business center and submit your letter of intent and ID to their business account transaction, not in the new accounts or follow-up. Then they will tag your account as cancelled and for refund. Don't rely on phone calls and emails. Make sure that you make a receiving copy of your letter. After 2 weeks (longest), they will send you LBC tracking number for the refund, you can get the refund from any branch of LBC.
