Slow service - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

I was at Clicks Malelane today to get my grandkids script filled they were so slow it took 45 minutes standing there at the counter with a sick child while the lady kept asking some rlse questions about something on the script. There was another lady with a very sick child next to me she complained twice and ask if they could hurry up as her child was crying no one took any notice or even apologize for the inconvenience. Really bad service
