I have waited several times for more than 2 hours just to get my package in which there were 3 personnel attending only one reseller client sending lots of items and customers for pickup of item and money are suffering for waiting. Personnel in this branch have poor ability to manage its clients well and they dont care about quality of service in which lbc is promoting faster and better services. I have proof, but can observe by your self for a better services.
