I brought 3 items just awhile ago (May 23, 2021 at around 230 pm) to your SM Trece Martires City Branch here in Cavite. The items were to be delivered to 3 places (2 in carmona, Cavite and 1 in Las Pinas. I approached your counter personnel named "Jimmy" and told him it was to be delivered. The items are in a gift bag and quite large. He asked me if the items can be folded and I said it is possible. At first, I already do not like the way he talks to me, he was not respectful or say things with courtesy. He threw to me 3 forms to fill-out and told me not to fill it out in front of him but in another counter. Once I filled-out the forms he told me if there are no contact numbers of the recipient. I told him that the package is part of a school activity and a surprise of the students to their parents. I would fully understand if the package will not be accepted if it is a company policy. Again, I told him that it is a package from the school. Then he said with a smirk "ano, ano , ano?! para saan niyan? ano gagawin dyan sa package?" He said it in a way that is annoyed to customer and is not respectful. That's the time that I raised my voice and said: "bakit ganyan ka makipag-usap sa customer?, kung hindi tatanggapin ang package walang problema. Pero hindi ko kailangan -justify syo.
