Good morning
I was at one of your branches yesterday, the one in Three Rivers to buy the new Samsung Galaxy A72 either on contract or cash.
I was assisted by a middle aged man which I assumed was the manager because his behaviour towards me was not questioned by the other workers.
I feel that my right to discreecity as a customer was violated and I was not assisted by that particular employee.
The branch is very small but allows for customer and consultant privacy to dialogue without anyone else hearing.
That man was very loud and it was so uncomfortable because even other customers noticed the professionalism of your employee, even personal information he asked me everyone would hear and had to disclose it uncomfortably with everyone listening in the shop. I felt that that man did not want to assist me, I even asked if he could show me what the phone looked like. He refused saying he also doesn't know what it looks like as it is a new phone. But as a customer I expected him to assist me in a professional manner.
My privacy and rights were violated by your employee.
After processing my contract application he came back, as loud as he could be telling me that I had already made an application the previous day and could only come back after three months and threw my papers on the table which included my Bank Statements and told me to keep them. I had mentioned to him that if I did not qualify for a contract I would buy it cash because I really want that phone and your store is the only store that has that particular phone here in the Vaal as it was just recently launched.
I was ill treated and embarrassed, he is rude and unprofessional, loud and does not respect the customer. I left the store in shame, wanted to go to the bank to increase my limit so that I could buy it cash but ended up not coming back because of the embarrassment and shame.
The humiliation I endured at your store even made me not to come back even though I waited so many months for that phone.
A very dissatisfied customer.
