Cancellation not done on contact - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Good day
I have 2 contracts that expired on the 5th and the 8th October 2020. I phone in to cancel both but I was told that the one could be cancelled but I have to phone later for nr 0823834815. I did phone so many times and eventually they say my account was in arrears of R10 and they cant cancel the number. I did pay again the R10 which I dont know for what it was because I check my payment of R2217 and that was the total amount of the invoice. I call account and they told me that they cleared my account and I have to wait 24 hours and then call again for the number to be cancelled. I call again for the cancellation and was told that the cancellation was done just to see when I receive my statement that I was invoiced again for it and when I call again Alen told me that it is not cancelled and that she escallate it to the persone that should have done it and I will receive an answer in 48 hours. 2 days later no answer and I call again and spoke to Andrew who also just told me that he cant cancel it and will escalate it to the first one.
My problem is that I put in fibre uncapped of vidacom because this should be cancelled. I dont have this R300 to pay so I have to deduct it and then Vodacom will just cut my account because you are in control.
That is my frustration that this guy that did not do his job is just ignore my query and nobody is speaking to him and that I will be invoiced again for December.
I really dont know now what to do to get this cancelled and get a credit for this month.
I regret putting Vodacom fibre in both of my houses because as soon as any of my contract expire I will defnitely explore other options but I wont use Vodacom again.
I do hope that I get help urgently because this is working on my nerves.
