Rude, disrespectful and stinking attitude from Cynthia - Consumer Complaint for Iemas Financial Services Co-op

I have applied for a payment holiday refund before the 25th. Ive been been phoning everyday for the past 2 weeks and always get a different story. Today finally I spoke to a Woman called Cynthia from contact Centre. She was so rude,impatient, disrespectful towards me. I really wonder how she got a job to work with customers with such bad attitude. I'm very disappointed with the service I have been receiving. Iemas must deal that that woman and I will follow this through until the end to know how she has been dealt with. Ive never seen such arrogance before
