Poor appalling customer service!! - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

On the 04th December I went to bardlwos, I saw a headboard and base set that I really liked, applied for credit with bradlows, the gentleman (who was a trainee) who mind you was the only helpful one and had a little customer service skills in him, did the application which took from 4h30pm till 6pm, 1 and a half long hours!! I Just brushed it off because he is new,however I don't understand why he was left on his own to do the application with no supervision,instead of assisting him his manager felt it fit to make him look stupid infront of me and my sister .. Then to top it all off the application was captured incorrectly,but I was told I needed to make a R1700 deposit before I recieved the goods. The very next day I went and paid the deposit only to be told I had to redo the whole application all my details were captured incorrectly,i spoke to the store manager and told her I didn't have much time I needed to leave in 20minutes as my husband would be knocking off from work that time and I'm going home with him, I asked if it would take long and I was told it wouldn't.. 30minutes later I was still in the store,she kept saying we were almost done even though I'm sure she knew we weren't...on the 07th I decided to cancel due to the lack of communication and poor customer service!!! I went into the store and cancelled, I filed in a form for the refund.. On Tuesday I called once again to find out what was happening and the documentation still wasn't sent off to head office.. After 13 whole days I'm running around calling bradlows head office and none of their agents are helpful or even seem to care just like thir management, nobody can assist me and tell me when I will be getting my much needed money even after giving them a complaint reference number and a portal number (mind you I had to email to request this).. I was told by ths complaints department someone would call me back and here I am still waiting!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHEN I WILL GET MY MONEY, you were so quick to take the money yet to give the money back it takes days. I need my R1700!!I'm so glad I choose not to go further wit this application because from the beginning their customer service was terrible!!!
