I applied for a plan and submitted all the requirements and paid all the fees. The installation took place yesterdaym I was informed that it will be activated withjn 4 hours but until now it is not active. It is already 24 hours as of this writing. Please check and have my line activated. This is really disappointing and very inconvenient in our end as I am working from home and thought that your company is different from the other.

My line was installed last Sept 11 and the agent said that it will be activated in a week. But up to now it is not yet activated. Pls activate asap.
