Hi Guys, I think you need to update the app. for my purchase today under order number 000271756-1. The rider has not left the store yet but the status says already delivered. I don't think it is nice for us consumers to get frustrated over this especially that online transaction issues have been increasing.

Also, the store where I purchased my groceries/goods is not so accommodating. They do not update you via SMS/call about your purchase/delivery. There might be tons of orders and we do acknowledge that but I am hopeful that a simple SMS like " Your order is on its way" or "Our picker is done adding your orders in our cart/basket, would be nice. " The gal I spoke with today thru your complaints desk is really warm and approachable sadly the call got disconnected as I ran out of mobile credits.
