Visited for repair but didn't do anything to fix the internet - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

Contaced their customer service last Dec.12 and scheduled site visit Dec.19 the repair men showed up but didn't do anything they left their number and said text or call them once there is internet connection but until now Dec.26 still no internet and they are not responding to our calls and text. We badly need the internet for my niece's online class.
