Good day, I'm Mary Grace Galvan, an educatinal plan holder with contract no. 13-039375 for my beneficiary daughter Shaila Mae Galvan, I was trying to call for a follow up in the educational plan claims in the Baliug and Head office but both are unresponsive. The educational plan or benefit of my daughter is 2 years delayed already, the last check we had received was last February of 2019. In total we still have four claims wherein at this time it should be settled already. Even before the pandemic started nagfollow up na po kami ng delays regarding sa claims ng educational plan ng anak ko. I hope this complain of ours we'll be notice and I am hoping for your quick response and action. Thank you.

All of their contact numbers were cannot be reached. All of us were told to call this January 2021 pero mahirap sila macontact at the moment.

Likewise, with the same complains...puro pangako nalang po sila. Hirap pa naman ng buhay ngaun. Inutang ko nalng pam pa enrol ng anak ko. Pera natin yun bakit ang hirap makuha? Sana naman mabigyan ng agarang aksyon ang complains na ito. Please lang po.
