5k payment from customer still not remitted for almost 1 month. - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

I would like to file a complaint against LBC. The amount paid by the customers under COD/COP is 5000 pesos in total. It is already 1 month from the delivery yet the payment has not been remitted to me. And LBC is claiming that I already received the amount for one of the tracking no. Which I still haven't swear to God. And also they are asking me to pay for redelivery of the item that the customer, according to them, refused to accept. But as per customer, "wala ako narereceive. Walang natawag sakin."
