Refund Due to Delay of Installation - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

I have waited for 3 months now still no updates for my internet I need it for my online class this oct.. ive applied and paid you june 25 but still no response and updates have been calling your customer service but it took a long time for them to answer the phone and put me on hold as well ..can you please update if you would still install or just give my money back instead.
