I'VE GOT NO INTERNET CONNECTION FOR MORE THAN A WEEK NOW AND IT'S UNACCEPTABLE. I EMAILED AND CALLED CONVERGE MANY TIMES BUT NO ONE ANSWERED MY CALLS EVEN FB MESSAGE NOR TWEETS. CONVERGE ONLY REPLIED ONCE OR TWICE VIA EMAIL AND NOTHING ELSE. THEY STILL HAVEN'T FIX MY CONNECTION. SO I WANT TO HAVE MY SERVICE CANCELLED NOW. I WILL NOT BE PAYING CONVERGE ANYMORE.
