Customer service and service issues - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

It's more than a month now and my 2 balikbayan boxes hasn't arrived yet. The first box arrived at manila warehouse on June 18 and until now it's not yet been delivered in cainta hub while the other box arrived at cainta hub on June 20 and it's not yet been delivered. I called customer service and talked with Mia Cruz with agent ID 117141 and was promised that we will get the balikbayan box yesterday or anytime today. I was also advised that someone from their team will call us. Someone called yesterday June 25 and was promised that they will deliver the box anytime yesterday or today June 26. No one came. I called customer service today and talked with jingle villegas with agent ID 128650. I asked to speak with a manager but according to agent they don't have anyway to transfer my call. She promised me that her supervisor named Belle Catalan will be the one who will call me and she already emailed her supervisor about my concern. No one called me. What a horrible experience with your customer service giving customers run around and false information. I know we have this situation right now which we can't control however the delay of delivery is unreasonable. The other balikbayan boxes was already delivered to various places including one in Romblon. My box which is in Cainta is like 15-20 mins away from the shipment address. LBC we are all on this situation we also have things to do aside from calling you everyday waited for how many minutes on the phone and talking with your representative who doesn't know how to resolve customer issues. They're not just there to check the status of everything but also to make sure that your customers are satisfied and assured that they're concerns are being taken cared of!!!!
