Its been one month, one hell of a month that we've been waiting for their technician to install the wifi. I sent them the payment last month of the 20th of July. We've been receiving emails that blah blah we apologize your new installation is stillnon queue, the first time I receive the email I was like fine, its quarantine I understand. METRO MANILA is still at GCQ but their vans can go ahead and transport from one place to another, can install the shts needs to be installed but we are not receiving phone calls either as to when we can expect it to be installed. This is causing a great inconvenience not just to me but to their other clients too.
