bed-set damage - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

since I laid a complained at bradlows arcadia last year November to this date my issues hasn't been resolved I feel like they taking me serious as a customer everyday I get an excuse im not happy at all..somebody should do something about this issues I go there everyday but I really think they taking for a fool.
