Product not delivered - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

My wife purchased a coffee table from you on the 21st Jan 2021, whereby the order was confirmed and the delivery fee charged and paid. To our surprise we are told that the order will not be delivered due to a pricing error. I believe that this product was advertised on your website, which is regarded as a promise to the customer and when a purchase agreement is entered through purchasing on the internet, you opt not to deliver. I would like that Bradlows takes this seriously as this is seen as a breach of contract or agreement.
