Cancelled Paid Application - Consumer Complaint for Converge ICT Solutions Inc.

I applied to get Fibr internet connection. I received an email that my application is approved and that I can go ahead and pay for it. I applied Plan 2500. Total initial payment required is P5000 as it includes 2500 installation fee. I paid 5K on July 10.
On July 20 I called their CS to follow up. I was told it shows ok the system that I still owe them 2500 but it shouldn't bee the case. I was guaranteed it will be escalated to their support team and should be fixed in 3 business days. Nothing happened.
I called again after two weeks.i was told the same thing. Showing I owe them the money but is a system error and that I shouldn't have the problem. August 31, I received an email asking for my payment. Again saying It still.owe them 2500. Based on how things are explained on the email, I really don't owe them anything anymore and my installation should push through. Today Sep 1 my application was cancelled.
Was just told the application won't push through.
Now I have no internet, no money and my job is out on jeopardy from waiting to get connected.
