Hi. I Have submitted an application for internet service to start working from home back in May and got approved for an installation last June 1st.
This company has taken payment and would not bother notifying their subscriber of the installation status. They also advertised and communicated that the installation will happen 10 days later which clearly is misleading.
I would like to take matters legally and would like to file formal complaint and compensation at this time.
I have made mutiple follow-up every week by email and chat but has never gotten any response regarding this.
Last response I received was June 13th.
