Need to be refunded as soon as today - Consumer Complaint for Bradlows - Head Office

Good morning my name is Mavis and my mom labyed a Hisense 58 inch TV on the 09 July 2020 with the amount of R5000 and when back again on the 20July to pay the remain amount of R3550 but was told that the television set is no longer available after paying the ramain amount. So can I please have the full amount as of tiday. Cause I cannot want for seven days. Please
