No collection when booking for a service - Consumer Complaint for KIA MOTORS - HEAD OFFICE (Complaints)

I want to complain about the Kia in Boksburg that does not do pick ups of clients that are servicing their cars. Many of us only have one car and thus cannot organize any other alternative means to collect the car. We pay a ridiculous amount of money to service these cars, the least Kia can do is drop off and pick up clients from their desired locations.
