Vodacom customer service terrible. Clearwater Mall reflects your company, terrible. Time costs money. I have bought airtime/data from Vodacom, I have all receipts. I am on contract, not once have Clearwater Mall spoken to me about getting new mobile phone, I know, because I used to be with MTN. Born in Zambia, educated in Zimbabwe, worked in retail/wholesale industry, marketing/sales industry, know mobile phones, computers & notebooks well. Excellent at maths, statistics, no-one can lie to me.
