No feedback on router move request - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Good day, I submitted a new service request 12 January 2021, SR210112-056565, regarding new address on my existing router contract. No feedback received, my 3 emails sent to customer service have been ignored. Now I am at the new address, paying for a fibre connection I cannot currently use, as wires need to be installed at new address, I did check availability for the area when logging the SR and the app confirmed there is a vodacom sub agent who can assist for that area. The only reason I went with Vodacom in the first place, due to history of bad service with them, is that I lived in a complex which could only accommodate Vodacom due to existing Fibre line.

I asked to be contacted via email as I cannot take calls at work, I need to know when someone can come install the new fibre line at new address and how much this will cost. This is urgent as I need internet for my work and currently due to bad service from Vodacom, I have no fibre line. This needs to be installed on a Saturday. Only other possible day in April as weekday, is monday 12 april after 12 in afternoon.
