Sour/Spoiled Lasagna - Consumer Complaint for Shakeys

When I opened it, it looks weird, so dry, over heated and kinda burnt at the side, looks not fresh like been in the fridge for so long. So disappointing because were a regular customer and its always good. It's like a prison meal, I've had a better food in an airplane, economy. Taste is so sour I can't stomach it. I'm just writing this to you today because I expect better.
