Poor customer service - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

I have received a poor service from the guy called Peter in Theku Plaza Mall in Newcastle after queuing for an hour on the door but he allows certain people to come in when i enter he said I must learn to be patient worse they were not on the que I mustn't compare myself qith others. What is that really
