I purchased a restonic Bed in 2019 at OK in oudtshoorn
Fast forward to 2020 July the mattress was faulty
I logged a complaint with my local OK store
Whereby they informed me that the garuntee of the bed has passed however I still have warrenty on the bed but there is a small fee of R650 I had to pay into account:

I did so on the 25th of July 2020 it was said it would take up to 4 Weeks to replace my matrass
Six weeks later I am still waiting and the store can not give me an indication of how much longer I have to wait
I am saddened and disappointed with this kind of service as I've been an loyal OK client over the years but it is the first time something like this happens
It is unbearable to sleep on this bed as the wires are sticking through the mattress
I hope this issue can be resolved asap
