Very bad service - Consumer Complaint for Clicks Store - Head Office

I bought a Tony&Guy straightener. The straightener is not working like it use to. I normally make copies of all my electrical slips because after some time it fade away and nothing is visible on it. I sent my brother today as I am working and cant do it myself. For one of the staff, not sure if it was the manager to turn him away with the copy and not even give him a change to explain. I also work in retail and I know the ink on slips dont last that long, that's why I prefer making copies. If they had a look at the straightener they would have seen it's in a good condition. I dont want my money back all I want was another one. Really I spent so much there because your specials is very good, but if this is the case I rather the shop somewhere else. If it was a reprint it would have been something else, but it is the same slip, just a copy of it.

Just tell me what to do, because if you dont to return and want to loose a customer just let me know.
