Undelivered/Return-to-sender documents - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

The parcel/documents has been stocked in their Gumaca branch for almost 3 weeks and returned to sender afterwards. Saying a repeated message "Please expect delivery within the day" and another repeated message saying that "Shipment has issue. Please get in touch with us through our official customer care channels"

While other couriers has been able to deliver packages? No updates from the branch nor no reply on their Facebook page.
