Not being honest to customer about the tracking of the item - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

According to lbc tracking on my mobile the item is ready for pick up (feb 25,2010). Upon showing my tracking number to attending lbc staff he said my item was not yet arrive and still in their warehouse but I've already saw my item on the floor with other items. He advise me to come back tomorrow late afternoon. When i return on the followimg day i've showed the tracking number to
another attending staff and point out where is my item was located on the floor where i saw it yesterday.
