Bad service - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Good Day, I email Chatz Cellular on the 10th May regarding my contracts and I still have not heard anything. My father went in on the 5th and received a reference but that's the only thing I got. I no longer live in South Africa so I can not call or go in. Who do I complain to?
