*DATA* - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

Hi hope all is well. I myself am not happy with vodacome. 1 i called in a week ago and i was promised high and low that they would fix the vodabucks owed to me as the last time i recharged with R110 vodacome i was supposed to get 100 vodabucks xtra accourding to my goal instead i got nothing not even an sms and when they "fixed it" i got 66 vodabucks instead of 100. Till today nobody has contacted me. Then tonite i buy 1g daily data everyday! But once again vodacome did not tell me my data was running low where i usually get an sms saying i have less than what ever amount! And again vodacome did not even do that! So here in sitting working and suddently i have no data ! Thx to vodacome not informing me my data was getting less. 1G lasts me until midnight every night like clock work sometimes i even have left that expires! I only run my whatsapp and fb and fb never takes a whole Gig so fast ever as i just post all my products. The worst is im going to get some agent calling me telling me to check settings because again vodacome is taking data ! So is this the service vodacome is now providing? If its not the internet of vodacome thats down our data gets taken and never refunded. Our vodabucks never get the correct amount and then well complain and get some call centre agent basically telling us its our fault??? Im not happy ! This will be going on hello peter and other social media platforms im tired of begging for help that should be available to all customers!.
