Fibre Re-Location - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I logged a relocation call SR201023-779917 on 22/10/2020.

After phoning multiple times to get fibre installed at my new location i still can not get clear feedback on what the status is. On the latest call i was advise that the above request has been cancelled. Call centre consultants keep promising to get back to me as they dont even understand whats going on. To date have not had a single return call for update.

As i work from home i am having to continuously load data on my phone which is costing me a small fortune while still having to pay for fibre at the old location.

I fail to believe that this could be such a difficult task. The after sales service is non existant. I can not believe that this is the service (or lack thereof) provided to clients
