From June 21 to August 25 we don't have internet connection but with a continuing billing. I did not pay the two months billing because there is no internet service, bakit ko naman babayaran ang bill nila na wala kaming internet connection. Last Sept 22 I notice na wala na naman connection so I paid the 3rd billing nila which is almost 1700 plus pesos. Then I received an email informing me the disconnect ang line ko, at dapat bayaran ko yung buong arrears ko. Makatarungan ba yun magbabayad ako kahit wala silang serbisyo. Willing to pay pero need nilang adjust kung ano lang dapat ang bayaran ko.
Napaka unfair ng converge pag sira ang tagal nila gawin pag putulan ang bilis. Sana ma address itong complaint ko kasi wala talaga sumasagot sa email ko regarding sa pag ayos ng billing ko.
