Still waiting on order after 10 working days - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I have ordered a new phone on the 18th Nov 2020.The delivery supplier tried to contact me but on a number that does not exit. How can they call me on the new contract number if the number is not activated????
Does that make sense????
