Nagbayad ako ng almost 8k sa unpaid balance and got disconnected, the only way for me get service is to apply new contract, many times i went there till successfully got number to have a slot (since they only accomodate 25 to 35 slot for costumer service) i waited from 2am till 11am, after paying almost 8k from my previous account and another 4k+ for my new contract.That was last June 8,2020 then the next day June 09, they install my internet but i asked the Man who did the installation where is my cable box, because i believed my service is bundled with cable tv, he said wait for the other team because they will be the one to install your cable tv, i dont know if its true but i saud "ok", then they left. Few minutes later he went back and take the internet box or the one he install awhile ago, he said they will go back tomorrow which is June 10 to install the bundle service, obviously they did not know what they are doing, He adviced me to go again to the office and file another complain and ask for costumer service, i told him i cant, not this time, you know how hard to get coatumer service slot and im done doing that and its impossible you know the situation of covid19 and it take a lot of time for me to go there again..No one since then come to my house to install the service even until now..i went there again they just get my mobile number and promised to give me a call but no one did.please help this is really a hard time to complain but i want to file a complain regarding this issue..
