Unprofessional poor service and misinformation received - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I called you contract cancelation dep on 27 Jan to cancel my contract. Lerato informed me I have to call back 24 Feb and not once in the call did she advice of the 30day cancelation period. When I called in today to cancel they advised that I will be liable for payment for the next 2 months. Please retrieve all calls and contact me.
