Folks, Could you please advise on how can we get our refund for not proceeding the installation of Internet.

I want to refund my installation fee. I paid last July 30,2020. Yet no installation made.. I tried to contact all coverge contact support but to no avail. I decided to apply other internet service i would like to refund my money
