undelivered - Consumer Complaint for LBC - Head Office

the parcel (bag)arrived at their branch last august 26 its for delivery but until now sept 3 it wasnt. i have also parcel (wallet) which arrived same date but on the follwing day it was delivered so i ask the delivery man why it was not delivered (bag)
