We lost connection last 07/24/2020, filed a ticket. and until now 07/31/2020 we are not receiving any update regarding the repair of the service.
How long does it take for your company to fix the service? It should not take this long.
How do you expect us to pay the upcoming bills if your service is not working? we are Working at Home and we chose Converge as our ISP. It is so frustrating!
