I bought a router at Pep Montclair mall KZN and they didn't notify me that it only takes one Network - Consumer Complaint for PEP STORES

When I got home and connect it only to find out that the network they have given me is not covered I'm my area and this morning I went back to change to all network router or a refund and they told me it can't be done and I left my router there including my money I paid for it
