I emailed your customer service to check why my package was returned to origin and was advised by Maria Theresa Bornillo that reflected on your system, I moved to a new address and has moved out as advised by the guard. I emailed again to validate what is the address on the package and your representatives never responded after 6 emails.

My only question is, how come you can’t answer my simple question? Is it bec I am being lied to? Why can I say your company/rep is lying? Bec of the following:
1. I personally inputted my address on the system of the sender.
2. Sender rep personally called me to double check the complete address I inputted which I confirmed.
3. I get to receive previous documents from the sender which proves my address is correct.
4. The claim that a guard advised I moved out is totally baseless bec for 1, my previous home address has no security guard.

Just so unbelievable! Definitely the worst service!!!!!!!!!!
