Negligence of shipping parcel - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

Earlier around 2pm Nag paship kami ng parcel sa J&T francia branch naga city camarines sur. my parcel was neglected because it doesn't have barcode. But my last transactions i used the barcode but what they did every time i presented the barcode they did not scan the barcode, what they did was to process it the regular way or manually. So it came to my mind that it was useless because the staff are not using it. And I ask my costumer that was a manager in j&t in other place. She said that it is not possible to neglect the parcel. She also said that the barcode upgrade eh para mapa bilis ang transactions because of the pandemic. She also said that it is always welcome to process regular transactions with out the barcode just follow the safety protocols in the store branch. Im also disappointed with the staff that I've talk (Ralph Alarcon) he was rude and not helpful with my concerns. Ive explained my part and his response did not even clarify things.But what he said is then go file a complain if you want I'll accompany you he said that in rude way. Considering that Im a costumer. Im a shopee seller and my courier is J&T. And Ive been a long time costumer of j&t since it opened here few years back. I've encountered a lot of problems with j&t but this is only time na nagreklamo ako. Because this is a lot and the so disappointing as a loyal costumer of j&t. I hope I received a response and action about this matter. (Bellow I presented my screenshot as evidence) I have enough photos as my evidence but 1 photo lang ang pwede ilagay.
