We received a text from converge with this account number (0020230483882) and later realized that this is not my account number. I just paid 1,700 pesos with the wrong account number. I have emailed you 3 times and tried calling your customer service hotline but i got no response. Please let me know what to do.

I also have that kind of problem. converge send us this account number 0020230613377 I paid 3000 .and it is a big amount for us especially there's no work
