Porting Pending - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I recently joined Vodacom by purchasing a contract online...(19.10.2020)

This however has been a complete nightmare from get go!

My application has been put on hold for nearly 2 weeks....

I spoke to Priscilla today at 11:50 am and she advised me that Samantha, who was originally assisting me, has gone on leave.

I have been calling everyday to confirm the status of my new contact. Till now, the application is still pending.

I am not sure why there is such a delay and find that something as simple as this, shouldn't take longer than 2 weeks!

Perhaps I have made mistake, in choosing Vodacom as my choice of service provider.

Let's see how quickly this complaint will be actioned.
