Cancellation of Data contract not processed - Consumer Complaint for Vodacom - Head Office

I have cancelled my datacontract with vodacom since 2017. I went to the Woodlands vodacom store where they assisted me. They only managed to process the cancellation in 2018. I got an upgrade on my normal cellphone contract in October 2020 and they advised that the data contract seems to be active and has not been cancelled. I realised then that they still deducting it from my account.I contacted vodacom cancellations on 13 January 2021 and they gave me ref no 1-34883659510 and told me that they will cancel and refund me. The ref no was closed without resolve. I contacted vodacom cancellations again on 15 January 2021 and spoken to Laura who confirmed that they have escalated the matter and it will be resolved within 5-7 working days. I have not received any feedback and once again my account is being deducted. Another call to vodacom cancellations on 4 March 2021 just to be informed that the contract is not cancelled (Ref 1-34230203339466). After 30min of holding the line without resolve I decided to lock a formal complaint. Please can I get assistance to get this resolved?
