Delivery Man didn't attempt delivery - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

J&T Express PhilippinesI want to submit an complaint J&T Express Dipolog Branch, I had a COD that is supposed to be delivered 12/17/2020 and the Rider did contact me but then I was doing something important by the time the rider thus, I was not able to respond. The next day I was expecting the rider to re-deliver it but I no attempt made I received the message from the rider later in the afternoon and I called the rider to try to arrange the re-delivery but instead the right is very rude in talking to me on the phone saying I didn't contact him when in fact I am already calling and talking to him on the phone. I've had so many COD orders not only from J&T and this is the only incident where your personnel/rider is not doing his job in attempting to deliver the parcel and then now 12/19/2020, I will see that he returned the parcel to the seller when I already contacted him asked him to redeliver. The name of the rider is Renando Mantua, Jr which is from J&T Express Dipolog branch. Please make sure your riders are professional and are well-trained enough because it seems that instead of doing what was expected from them, they will only do the thing that is on their advantage without thinking about their customers.
