I have a fibre contract.
The fibre was supposed to be downgraded. And now the send me a contract. The customer care line said it was to be Mnth to Mnth as my contract ends 2021 July.
Now they migrate and cut my line off!
This is 2nd week it is out.
I have asked to fix problem but they don't respond.
Who cut my line????? Now i won't pay if no service!
